User Agreement

JNV Alumni Network is a digital platform for the alumni of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas are a system of central schools which are run by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, New Delhi, an autonomous organization under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India. All the IT services of, and the related data and information at JNV Alumni Network are owned, mananged and controlled by Sciendeus Atsf (OPC) Private Limited, a registered entity under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
The digital services at JNV Alumni Network could be utilized by the alumni for getting help in connecting with the other alumni, organizing alumni meets, getting career guidance, and getting access to the brands owned or managed by other alumni of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.

1. Agreement
By clicking ‘Create Account’, or ‘Sign Up’ in our services, you agree that you are legally binding yourself with JNV Alumni Network.

2. Novation, and Change of Agreement. Whenever the agreement is updated, you’re informed and a proper consent is granted from you.

3.Obligations 3.1. Service Eligibility: Here are some promises that you make to us in this Contract: You’re eligible to enter into this Contract and you are at least our “Minimum Age.” The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 16. To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be the “Minimum Age” (described below) or older; (2) you will only have one JNV Alumni Network account, which must be in your real name; and (3) you are not already restricted by JNV Alumni Network from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others or persons under the age of 16.
“Minimum Age” means 16 years old. However, if law requires that you must be older in order for JNV Alumni Network to lawfully provide the Services to you without parental consent (including using of your personal data) then the Minimum Age is such older age.

3.2. Your Account: You will keep your password a secret. You will not share an account with anyone else and will follow our rules and the law.
Members are account holders. You agree to: (1) try to choose a strong and secure password; (2) keep your password secure and confidential; (3) not transfer any part of your account (e.g., connections) and (4) follow the law and our list of Dos and Don’ts and Professional Community Policies. You are responsible for anything that happens through your account unless you close it or report misuse.

3.3. Payment: You’ll honor your payment obligations and you are okay with us storing your payment information. You understand that there may be fees and taxes that are added to our prices. We don't guarantee refunds.

3.4. Notices, and Messages: You’re okay with us providing notices and messages to you through our websites, apps, and contact information. If your contact information is out of date, you may miss out on important notices. You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (1) within the Service, or (2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date. Please review your settings to control and limit messages you receive from us.

3.5. Sharing: You’re okay with us providing notices and messages to you through our websites, apps, and contact information. If your contact information is out of date, you may miss out on important notices. You agree that we will provide notices and messages to you in the following ways: (1) within the Service, or (2) sent to the contact information you provided us (e.g., email, mobile number, physical address). You agree to keep your contact information up to date. Please review your settings to control and limit messages you receive from us.

4. Allowed content. Contact information for complaint about content provided by our Members. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information posted by Members be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties. We provide a policy and process for complaints concerning content posted by our Members.

5. Termination of Agreement. You can terminate the agreement any time by deleting your account from JNV Alumni Network, and not using any of our services after that.

Privacy Policy

JNV Alumni Network connects people, and helps them when they are students, professionals, friends, relatives, or citizens. It constitutes a social network where people share information and media. The individuals depending on their need advertise their products, businesses etc.
Your only public information is revealed, not the private information. JNV Alumni Network provides control for what information you want to be private, and public. Any time you may change your privacy settings using proper settings provided in JNV Alumni Network.
